SiYuan Codex Bridge: Local SiYuan MCP Endpoint and DeepSeek Harness Plugin

The DeepSeek Harness plugin aims to integrate SiYuan Note into DSH via the MCP protocol, enabling “everything as a plugin.” Users can install it through the desktop app or command line, and configure startup control, operation permissions (read-only / creation / full access), and the token in `config.json`. The plugin registers SiYuan’s 29 official capabilities as `mcp__siyuan__*` tools, supporting natural-language operations and AI tool groups, including conversation, editor actions, and agent features. It does not write to the plugin directory, stores audit logs at the specified path, requires Node >= 22, and provides diagnostic commands.
